During the month of February, we invite you to join us and explore various ways you can honor and celebrate Black History Month.
Black History Month is a time of remembrance and reflection of civil right leaders and their legacies. Today we reflect on George Washington Carver for his dedication in pursuing education as he became the first African American to earn a Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to conduct research, teach, and provide farming strategies to farmers.
Reminder, Parent Teacher Conferences are this week. Students will have half day dismissal from February 7-9th. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher. We look forward to seeing you there!
