We had an amazing time at the MKU Art Show! So proud of all of our amazing Yellowjacket Artists. Thank you to all those who attended and shout-out to our wonderful art teacher Mrs. Szabo for her dedication and passion!
MKU is having an art show THIS THURSDAY in the gym from 2pm to 5pm to display all our wonderful Yellow Jacket artists and their work!
This art gallery features over 100 pieces of art created in the 2025-2026 school year. There will also be 4 different art making stations to participate in! Soda and waters will be sold by our student council as well.

Spirit Week is next week 🎉 Dress up with the theme each day and show off your Yellowjacket pride! Check out the calendar for each days theme
*Remember: All spirit day outfits must follow dress-down dress code. Students who are not participating in the theme must be in uniform or pay the $1 dress down fee.

The money raised will go towards getting instruments repaired/fixed, supplies for the band class, and their amazing concerts.

Please ensure your student gets plenty of rest, eats a healthy breakfast, and arrives at school on time so they are calm, confident, and ready to do their very best.

End-of-the-Year Field Trips are right around the corner!
Earlier this week, permission slips were sent home with students. For students to attend the Field Trip, they must have this form signed and returned by APRIL 30TH.
The Student Council is also requesting $10 from each student participating in the field trip to cover the cost of admission, transportation, and any additional activities during the trip. This contribution will ensure a fun and memorable experience for everyone!
