Kick things off on Monday by spreading good vibes and Coloring the World in Kindness—rock your best tie-dye or hippie look! On Tuesday, grab your bestie and be twins for the day—match outfits, hairstyles, or even silly accessories! Wednesday is all about pink, so channel your inner fashionista and think pink from head to toe. Thursday is all about school pride—deck yourself out in Sutton Swag and represent! Finally, Friday wraps it up with love in the air—dress in Valentine’s colors (red, pink, or white) and spread the love! Get creative, have fun, and let’s make this the best Spirit Week yet! 🎉🐯💙

Parent-teacher conferences are just around the corner! Mark your calendars for February 5th, 6th, and 7th—these days provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with teachers and discuss your student’s progress. To accommodate the conferences, students will have early release at 12:00 PM on each of these days. Make the most of this time to ask questions and gain insights into your child’s achievements and growth!

Principal’s Honor Roll Night
Join us on December 18th from 4:30–6:30 PM for a very special evening celebrating our students’ exceptional academic achievements. Doors will open at 4:00 PM for this formal event, where we will honor those who have earned a place on the Principal’s Honor Roll. Invitations will be sent exclusively to the families of the students being recognized. This memorable night is a chance to shine a spotlight on their hard work and dedication—don’t miss it!

The Spelling Bee December 5, 2024, at 8:15 a.m.! Best of luck to all our participants as they showcase their spelling skills. The event will be led by Mrs. Diaz and Mrs. Guzman, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to them for their dedication and efforts in making our school shine.
"Thanksgiving break is just around the corner! Students will enjoy a well-deserved pause from classes starting November 27, through November 29. We hope everyone takes this opportunity to relax, spend quality time with loved ones, and reflect on all there is to be grateful for. Classes will resume on Monday, December 2, so get ready to finish the semester strong!"

We are excited to announce that J.B. Sutton Elementary School has earned a B letter grade from the Arizona Department of Education! This achievement highlights the ongoing dedication of our amazing students and staff at Sutton and throughout the Isaac School District No. 5.
There will be no school on November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. We take this day to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces, protecting our freedom and ensuring our safety.
