Today we wrapped up an exciting raffle for three lucky scooter winners! The rules were simple students just had to arrive on time for testing, and each on time arrival earned them a ticket for the drawing. The energy was high as names were pulled, and now a few of our students will be cruising into the weekend on their brand new scooters! Congratulations to our winners, and great job to everyone who showed up ready and on time! 🛴🎉

We are nearing the end of the school year! As students complete their testing, we look forward to providing them with opportunities to relax, have fun, and celebrate all their hard work.

We are approaching an exciting time of year as we prepare for our 5th Grade and Kindergarten Promotion ceremonies. As part of this special milestone, students will be taking their final photos of the school year. Promotion pictures are scheduled for April 21st.

Calling All Parents of Incoming Kindergarten Students

We are pleased to announce that pre-enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year will take place on March 19, April 9, and May 7. Sessions will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. We encourage all families with eligible kindergarten students to attend one of these sessions to begin the enrollment process.

Please be sure to bring the following required documents: your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, a valid parent/guardian ID, and proof of address (such as a utility bill). We look forward to welcoming you and assisting you with early registration for the upcoming school year.

Thursday, March 19th is going to be a sweet and salty kind of day! 🍧 Kona Ice will be here serving up their delicious, icy treats in lots of fun flavors for everyone to enjoy. It’s the perfect way to cool down and enjoy a refreshing treat during the day.

And that’s not all we’ll also have popcorn! 🍿 The combination of a sweet shaved ice and a little salty crunch makes for the perfect snack break. Don’t forget to bring a few dollars and get ready to enjoy this

Reminder to J.B. Sutton families that Spring Break will take place March 9th–13th. We hope everyone enjoys a wonderful week of rest, fun, and time with family. Students will return to school refreshed and ready to jump back into learning on Monday, March 16th.

Hats off to our amazing Tigers! 🎩🧢 Today the campus is bursting with personality as students proudly show off their favorite hats for “Wear Your Favorite Hat Day!” From sporty caps to sparkly toppers, and everything in between, it’s so much fun seeing all the creativity bouncing through our hallways. You can’t help but smile when you see that Tiger pride shining from head to toe!

So, who’s bringing the spirit today? We’ve spotted bold colors, team logos, silly styles, and even a few hats that made us do a double take! One thing’s for sure our Tigers know how to show up and show out. Keep rocking those hats and that school spirit loud and proud! 🐯

Today’s Spirit Day theme is Crocs with Socks and boy, oh boy, did our students show up in style! From bright colors to silly patterns, the creativity was on full display. The smiles were just as bold as the footwear, and the excitement could be felt all around campus from the moment the morning bell rang!

Students were in for a big surprise as they walked through the halls and found themselves stepping into a whimsical world inspired by Dr. Seuss. Truffula trees popped up in the most unexpected places, and classroom doors were transformed into scenes straight out of a Seussian dream. It felt like we had opened the pages of a storybook and jumped right inside!

There’s no doubt about it teacher and student participation has been absolutely enormous! The energy, imagination, and school spirit shining through today truly made it a celebration to remember. What a fantastic way to bring learning and fun together! 🎉

Hello Families,

Next week we will be holding Parent Teacher Conferences on February 11th, 12th, and 13th. All three days will be half days for students. Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up promptly at 12:00 noon, as this will be the dismissal time for all three conference days.

In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, there will be no school on Monday, January 19th.

100th Day of School is just around the corner!
Tuesday, January 20th marks our 100th day of school. Since it falls right after a three-day weekend, students will have plenty of time to get creative with their 100th Day attire. We can’t wait to see all the fun ideas! Enjoy the long weekend. 🎉👕👟

Winter Break is quickly approaching, and we wish all our Sutton families a marvelous two weeks filled with joy, rest, and time with loved ones. May all your wishes come true during this special season!
Winter Break begins December 22nd through January 2nd. Students will return to school on January 5th. We hope everyone enjoys the time off and comes back refreshed and ready for an amazing new year!

Thanksgiving Break will be from November 24th to November 28th. Students will return to school on December 1st. Have a great time off!
