Just a reminder that ALL Thursdays are Half Day Dismissal.
Good evening, this is Cassandra Marmolejo, Esperanza communication ambassador. Thanks to your help, today’s dismissal process was 13 minutes faster than Monday. Typically dismissal takes between 15-20 minutes. In order for this to happen, we need ALL families to follow the dismissal process. If your child is being picked up by car, please join the car line. You will pick up your child at the back gate. If you would like to walk up to pick up your child, please join the line at the front walker gate, which is by the office. We need ALL families to stay in their vehicles when picking up at the back gate. Getting out of your vehicle slows down the process. We will also provide you with a sign with your child’s name. This will make it faster and easier for staff to call for your child. As we all develop mastery of this routine, dismissal will take less time. We appreciate your support. Have a great evening. While this is normal for the first day, our typical dismissal takes between 15-20 minutes. In order for us to speed up the dismissal process, we need EVERYONE to do their part. Families for you this means follow the pick up process: walkers get picked up at the front gate and car riders get picked up by the back gate. We need ALL families to stay in their vehicles when picking up at the back gate. Getting out of your vehicle slows down the process. We will also provide you with a sign with your child’s name.
