Day 2 at the Instructional Leadership Institute was a powerhouse of collaboration! With the diverse experiences of experts in the room, our affinity group sessions were incredibly impactful. Today, we kicked off the Instructional Leadership Institute at the Estrellas Brillantes Center for Learning! Our staff delved into end of year performance indicators, aligning our strategic plans for the upcoming year.
Highlights of the collective work included: strategic planning: district-level performance data and collaborative breakouts: focused on site and department action plans.
