Thank you to our Transportation Department for all the support they provide to all of our schools, students and families. Today we celebrated them with a delicious brunch as a small token of our appreciation. Thank you to all of our bus drivers, bus assistants, fleet advisors, and transportation office staff for their hard work and dedication.
Today is National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. We are grateful for our school bus drivers and transportation department for playing an important role in daily school operations. Thank you to them for their support and dedication in ensuring our students get to and from school safely. Join us in celebrating our appreciation to them.
Here at Isaac, we celebrate the beautiful planet we live on. Take this day to celebrate Earth Day by using a refillable water bottle, switching to reusable bags, riding your bike or spending some time outdoors. Pictured are some students from Morris K. Congratulations to Isaac Middle School as they have been honored with the SupportMusic Merit Award for the second year in a row. Isaac Middle School is one of 78 schools across the nation to receive the SupportMusic Merit Award from the NAMM Foundation for demonstrating outstanding achievement in efforts to provide music access and education to all students.

The Isaac School District provides incoming kindergarten students with a chance to participate in the Kinder Jumpstart Program. This program allows incoming kinder students to learn how to be in a classroom setting, participate in hands-on activities, and supports a smooth transition for their first day of school. ISD’s Parent University is an opportunity created for ISD Families to become familiar with our schools, universities, and community partners. Participants received resources and information that support and guide their child’s academic journey. Tonight’s Governing Board Meeting was held at Isaac Middle School. Principal, Mr. Kevin Sotomayor and Assistant Principals, Ms. Alicia Clynick and Ms. Erica Scrivner presented school wide values and academics, PBIS systems, after school learning, electives, and staff celebrations. Students in band, cheer, and dance performed for our Isaac Community. International teachers presented a dance of culture and diversity. Thank you to everyone who joined us this evening.
