Subject: Power Outage Update and Ensuring Student Safety
Dear Butler Parents/Guardians,
The safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priority. This letter is to inform you that we are experiencing an unexpected power outage at our school due to a utility issue. Therefore, causing our phone lines to be impacted.
We understand that such incidents can cause concern for parents, and we want to emphasize that your child's safety is our primary focus. Our teachers and staff members are maintaining a calm and orderly environment, and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the continued well-being of everyone on our premises. Currently, lunch and other daily services will continue as planned, but will be modified accordingly due to the power outage.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff. We will keep you informed once the power is restored via text and/or email.
