We are proud to announce that this 2023-2024 school year, Morris K. Udall implemented an honors program. The purpose of the honors program is to enrich student learning for those students who display above-average proficiency in academic performance. The honors program academically serves 6th through 8th grade students, from pre-algebra to 9th-grade algebra courses. Morris K. Udall also offers sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade Honors English Language Arts courses.
In addition to the academic enrichment, our excellent band program provides Honor Band classes for students excelling in musical education. The Honors Band Program is traditionally meant for seventh and eighth-grade students who have grown tremendously during their early band experiences.
