Last year Isaac had 5 of our schools participating in the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Program: Alta E. Butler, J.B. Sutton, Moya, P.T. Coe, and Pueblo del Sol.

We are excited to announce that all of our eligible elementary schools will be participating for school year 21-22 and therefore Esperanza, Mitchell, and Zito will be added to the list of participating FFVP schools.

The goal of the FFVP is to:

• Create healthier school environments by providing healthier food choices

• Expand the variety of fruits and vegetables children experience

• Increase children’s fruit and vegetable consumption

• Make a difference in children’s diets to impact their present and future health.
