School Closure Extended until April 10, 2020

Dear Isaac Staff,

Today, Governor Doug Ducey & Superintendent Kathy Hoffman jointly announced the extension of school closures through April 10, 2020. (Link below to announcement)

"Our goal is to get kids safely back in the classroom as soon as possible while providing parents and educators certainty so they can plan and make decisions. We will continue to work together to determine what’s best for Arizona kids and schools in the face of COVID-19."

As a reminder, “school closure is NOT a complete shutdown of school operations and instructional obligations to students. During school closures, staff are still expected to engage in work-related activities, and students and families are expected to meet the instructional requirements of their teachers and schools.”

Please continue to check your district email daily and remain in contact with your supervisors and administrators for possible assignments.

Thank you for your continued flexibility and support of the Isaac School District.
