Esperanza Elementary School Counseling Program Vision
The vision of the Esperanza Elementary School Student Services Program is that all students graduate as lifelong learners and community leaders who are equipped with the skills necessary for success. They strive for excellence in all that they do and demonstrate resilience, determination, and character in all personal and professional endeavors. They are goal-oriented problem-solvers. They embrace diversity and form interpersonal relationships rooted in respect, self-awareness, and communication.
Esperanza Elementary School Counseling Program Mission
The mission of the Esperanza Elementary School Counseling Program is to serve all students through a comprehensive school counseling program. The school counseling program collaborates with school staff, students, parents, community members and other stakeholders to provide a data-driven school counseling program that promotes the academic, social/emotional, and career success of our students. All students have equitable access to the school counseling program through school counseling core curriculum, small group counseling, and individual counseling.
