The Heart of Isaac Community Center (HOI) is a family resource center providing social support and community connection in a safe and welcoming environment. Granted by First Things First and ISD Title 1 Funds, the goal is to promote wellness, provide early childhood education and connect families to needed services.
Our Vision is a strong community with thriving and healthy families that are provided opportunities for support and growth.
The HOI is an innovative solution to further Isaac School District (ISD) mission by supporting parents so that they can become better equipped to nurture their child’s academic/life success.
In partnership with the Isaac Educational Foundation, ISD is taking steps to assist every child in reaching his/her highest potential by holistically addressing needs that hinder children and families from having stability.
