Employees who work 30+ hours per week, or a minimum of .75 FTE, are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits.
For new hires, benefits will be effective the first of the month following your date of hire. Changes to existing benefits are made during open enrollment (generally in April to be effective in July) or due to a qualifying life event.
What is a qualifying life event? A qualifying event would be a loss in health coverage with another employer, marriage, birth and/or adoption. The new enrollment must be completed within 30 days of the qualifying event.
