Kids Heart Challenge

Brian is a third grader and every year Brian is excited not just for Valentine’s Day, but another very special cause. Brian has a mission he cares deeply about. Every year he says to his mother, “Come on Mom, we need to go raise money for Jump Rope for Heart!” Jump Rope for Heart is run by the American Heart Association which raises money to help individuals with special hearts.  Each year Brian Lopez shows his support by walking through his neighborhood, knocking on doors in order to raise money for Jump Rope for Heart. He has been raising over three hundred dollars since kindergarten. When Brian was asked why he does it, he said, “ I don’t do it for the party or for the fun, I do it because I like helping people.”  In order to make the world a better place, it has to start with you. Brian truly embodies this. His commitment and generosity are truly an inspiration to us all. Thank you Brian!

If you would like to see how you can be like Brian and start helping out with the kids heart challenge happening now through February 14th then click the link: http://www2.heart.org/site/TR?company_id=159862&fr_id=4000&pg=company
